History

Steel Garages and Shops has been actively engaged in the sales and construction of custom wood framed steel buildings since 1983. The company is owned and operated by James Huddleston, and in it’s history has constructed over five hundred buildings in Montgomery and surrounding counties.
 

Built to Last

Most of our competition builds their structures in the “post and beam” style, which exposes wooden components to the moist soil and potential rotting over time. Steel Garages and Shops builds their structures by affixing the framework to a properly constructed concrete slab, eliminating any chance that components will rot over time. This type of construction holds a high customer acceptance and satisfaction rating, as evidenced by the nearly 30% of sales which can be attributed to repeat and referral customers.

Integrity

Company owner, James Huddleston, personally supervises each and every project and is a hands-on company owner. His goal is to be sure of his customer's objectives before he starts the project, and meet them with the highest standards of quality and workmanship possible. James believes in open and honest communication, and strives for his customer's complete satisfaction.
